How we use your details.

CityVerified collects service requests so our team can follow up and connect customers with independent service providers.

What we collect

The details you submit may include your name, phone or email, service, city, postal code, timing and job description. We also record the page and campaign that brought you here, the submission time and abuse-prevention information. Please do not include financial details or other sensitive information in the job description.

Who can receive your request

With your consent, CityVerified may share your request and contact information with relevant service providers so they can assess the job and contact you. Providers may pay CityVerified for an introduction. A paid introduction does not establish that the provider has accepted the job, and payment does not determine verification or evidence quality.

Your choices

Submitting a request does not create a booking obligation or subscribe you to a newsletter. You can contact our team at +1 416 400 4699 on WhatsApp to ask about a request, request a correction or withdraw consent for future introductions. Withdrawal does not recall details already provided to a business.

WhatsApp and service providers

WhatsApp is a third-party service. Choosing the WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp; its privacy terms apply to that conversation. Independent service providers handle information you share with them under their own practices.

Storage and access

Requests are stored in CityVerified’s backend and accessible through restricted operator tools. You may ask our team about access or deletion of your request. Business listing evidence is separate from private customer requests.
